Well, at long last we're getting to grips with this, and we're ready now to introduce the voting procedure. Each month during FirstBench Week (i.e. the seven-day period beginning on the 23rd) you will be able to vote on the previous month's entries.

You will have four categories to vote on - Aesthetics, Rarity, Structure, and Environment. (Thanks to Mr. Benchtastic and daft_bencher for coming up with that.) 

Each month you will be able, under each category, to pick a number of favourite entries - say, your top three for Aesthetics, top three for Rarity, and so on. Obviously they might not be the same ones in each category - that's for you to choose, according to your own benchist inclinations. Also, we might vary the number of choices you can make each month, depending on how many entries there are.

When FirstBench week is over you will be able to view the results. The votes cast in the different categories will be tallied up, weighted - 40% for Aesthetics, 10% for rarity, 15% for Structure, and 35% for Environment - and the winners announced.
